Pfizer $100,000 relocation deal? Michigan, please!?

I'm in the Ann Arbor area and about 2 years ago Pfizer pulled out of Mi to relocate elsewhere in the country. For everyone who needed to sell their house in a bad market, it was my understanding that they were offering to pay the difference of what you bought your house for vs. what you sold it for, up to $100,000.
Can anyone give me more info on this and if they are still offering this deal?
Knowledgeable info would be really helpful.
